Charles Mangleton of the Abbingdale Mangletons, if you care to know his full name. Charles was a gentle-monster through and through. Perhaps not well-bred (his family lived in a cave and ate unwary visitors), but he was certainly very well mannered and at the height of fashion. Unfortunately he never found a tailor that could make him proper trousers and this was most distressing to the modest society of the times. He was unpopular in many social circles.
